Chief Technology Officer
Ahmed was born in Manila, Philippines. After spending most of his youth in the country he moved to Sydney, Australia, returning to the Philippines several years later.
Usually keeping to himself, he spent most of his time in college working alone and doing only projects in groups out of necessity. Stepping out of his comfort zone, he decided to fully interact and integrate himself into a team when he was invited to join a group for the 2014 Microsoft Imagine Cup. After reaching the local finals for the Imagine Cup, he was opened to a myriad of possibilities that he could never attain from school alone.
Even during his internship in Provoke Solutions Manila, he also started working on Sagip, a weather advisory system sponsored by Greenpeace to aid Philippine Local Government Units and their farmers. Before graduating BS-Information Systems, he, along with his team, decided to fully incorporate as a company. Naming themselves Spectres.Solutions Inc., they have been working on various projects ever since.
Chief Executive Officer
Therence John "TJ" Molina Resabal is a Filipino technopreneur. He is a Third Culture Kid who returned to his homeland at the age of 17 to make a difference. TJ graduated as a scholar of the Information Systems Program of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde with the Best Capstone Project Award, became the first Google Student Ambassador of his campus, 2peat Microsoft Imagine Cup Local Finalist of 2014 and 2015 and the founder & current CEO of software development firm called Spectres.Solutions Inc.
He is one of President Obama's delegates at the 2016 Global Entrepreneurship Summit Silicon Valley at Stanford University. As a recognized global entrepreneur, TJ continues to strive building First World Countries by solving Third World Problems.
Chief Information Officer
Allen Moses Marzan is a graduate from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. He is a problem solver who is eager to innovate solutions. His passion for programming pushes him to continually practice and use his technical skills to simplify difficult and repetitive work by enhancing the process with IT solutions.
He has about 2 years of experience doing freelanced projects for various companies. Moses has been a consistent finalist in hackathon competitions winning both equipment and cash prizes. He was also a Philippine finalist in Microsoft Imagine Cup (2014) which is an international student technology competition.
Moses believes that every problem he encounters has an equivalent opportunity to learn. He aims to develop high quality software aligned to client preferences. He is determined to sharpen his skills, to discover new ways of learning, and to use his skills to develop high quality software for maximum customer satisfaction.
He has expertise in C# programming with Entity framework using MVC5. He is highly proficient level on Java Programming and Windows phone application. He is competent level on PHP and started building his skills on Firebase and Xamarin. He is currently the Chief Information Officer and the Lead programmer for Spectres.Solutions Inc.
Chief Process Engineer
Rizzel Jill Dy, usually goes by “RJ Dy”, is a freelance Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Software, Engineer, Business Solutions Consultant, Technopreneur, and Mentor. She considers herself as a creative person, tinkering with hardware, experimenting with other technologies, and sometimes indulging in a little arts and crafts. She graduated from De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, majored in Software Technology (BS-CS- ST).
She is a co-founder and Chief Process Engineer for Spectes Solutions, Inc, Founding Partner & Developer Relations Manager of Hack the Climate, Digital Strategist of RED Wizard Events & PR Strategists, and a consultant for Toast and Brew 3D Animation and Game Studio.
RJ was previously a part-time educator and mentor at the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) under the Information Systems Program, and also contributed to the Game Design and Development Program. Her other previous academic affiliations were Asia Pacific College (APC) and CIIT - College of Arts and Technology (formerly Cosmopoint International Institute of Technology).
RJ firmly believes in pursuing ones aspirations and learning to adapt to circumstances.
Chief Financial Officer
Co-founder of Spectres.Solutions Inc. Responsible for the corporate business start-up managing legal and government business requirements. He has 27 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry holding managerial positions in Product Engineering, Design Evaluation, Product Qualification and Failure Analysis Engineering.
Highly developed analytical, technical and problem solving skills with extensive experience working on complex engineering problems related to semiconductor products with specialization on Failure Analysis. Led the Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) Philippines Academe Linkage Programs with U.P., MAPUA, and other top universities across the Philippines working closely with HR and University on Training and Development.
Chairman of ADI Philippines technical symposium in 2012 and 2013. Member of the Industrial advisory council of Batangas State University in seeking accreditation from Philippine Technological Council (PTC). Graduate of University of Santo Tomas with a degree on BS Electronics and Communication Engineering in 1986.
